History -

Attended Starfleet Academy at age of 16, and graduated in top of his class and recieved awards in Astrophysics, Engineering, and Science. All his professors were proud of his accomplishment and suggested that he become an engineer, though he didnt like the idea. He loved action, and spent most of his time in the Holodeck running tacticle simulations. He was always in the holodeck fighting some klingons or blowing up some romulans. He even wrote some of his own tacticle simulations. He used to make bets with his fellow cadets to see wich one would last the longest in one of his simulations.

After graduating from the Academy, he got a position aboard a starship commanded by Cpt Rumsey. He learned many things from his first starship experience, but after only a short time the ship was retired. Afterwords he went back to earth for a few months, but he wanted action, and earth was not much for action unless your a politician. So he set out to join another ship.

Serving aboard the Valour, commanded by AdmIreland, for about a year as Helm, he gained much experience and got to see alot more action. He enjoyed learning to dodge torpedos and fly evasivly. He came up with some of his own flight patterns and was a great pilot. All those holodeck simulations payed off. He was eventually promoted to Cmd and later the Valour was decomissioned.

He went back to Earth again and soon put in for a new request. He was hoping to get a good position, maybe even a ship of his own. He just wanted to get back out there and fight. Word of the Shinzon incident with the Enterprise had reached him and he had a friend onboard that was injured during the confrontation.

After some hard work he was made Captian and was put in charge of a new ship, the USS Diligent. He was very excited about his new position and that he was now a Captian. Though young, Starfleet felt he had what it takes to lead a ship and fulfill the duties there of. There he serves to this day.

After several years, he worked his way up through to the Admiralty. He fought in the Second Klingon War, Iconian War, and helped with the Hurq incident.

Affiliations: Starfleet Medical, Department of Temporal Investigations (Medical Liason), Temporal Integrity Commission (Temporal Scientist and Medical Doctor) Born 2224, Richter Andreas Collyn began life as the son of two doctors who practiced medicine in Tokyo. Richter was an inquisitive child and spent much of his time reading medical and science research papers that he found wherever he could. In 2240 he had already enrolled in the medical academy. In 2248, at the age of 24, he graduated. He is stationed in a medical facility in Berlin for the next 8 years. In 2256 Richter is asked by a friend to become the chief medical officer onboard a vessel operating in the klingon-federation war theatre. Later that year the ship is hit by a temporal anomaly while attempting to aid a stranded vessel with wounded aboard, all hands are assumed lost however Richter and a few others where in a shuttle at the time of the incident and were threw forward in time to the 29th century where the crew members were trained as temporal operatives by the TIC and caught up on everything that had happened in the time between their starting time and where they ended up. Richter dropped his first name in favor of Andreas to help blend in without anyone finding out who he was from data existing from 2256 while working undercover. The TIC placed Andreas as lookout mainly in the years surrounding the early 2400s most of the time, he can be found circa 2411 working with the Department of Temporal Investigations. He also uses his medical talents whenever possible, using only era correct medical technology unless the preservation of the timeline requires otherwise.

Her first mission was patrolling systems within the Sierra Sector, including surveying the NGC-863 Subspace Anomaly to ensure that it maintains its course and stays away from any major systems.

Afterward, they were re-deployed into the Solanae Dyson Sphere in an effort to force the Voth back. It maintains a presence there with occasional trips back to Earth SpaceDock for replenishment of supplies.
